Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor Full-time and Part-time Opportunities Available

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Minimum of 2 years of pediatric speech-language therapy experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical speech-language therapy to pediatric clients
  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Mentor and supervise graduate student clinicians
  • Manage comprehensive caseload with attention to individual client needs
  • Conduct parent coaching and family education
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with state regulations
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team training
