Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (Full-time or Part-time) Center-based

We’re seeking compassionate individuals to join our team working with children under 4 years old in our center-based ABA therapy program. You’ll implement behavior intervention plans under supervision, support skill development, and help create a positive learning environment for young children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Patience and enthusiasm for working with young children
• Reliable and professional
• Willingness to learn ABA techniques
• RBT certification preferred but not required (we can support certification process)
