Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric speech-language therapy experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical speech-language therapy to pediatric clients
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Mentor and supervise graduate student clinicians
- Manage comprehensive caseload with attention to individual client needs
- Conduct parent coaching and family education
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with state regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team training
